Refund policy

Refunds

 

Refunds will only be processed if an order dispatch is delayed beyond 60-90 working days. Typically, dispatch takes 5-7 working days for sarees and around 10-12 days for customized designs for the refund to be completed. The refund amount turn around time is typically 2 weeks to process the refund for crediting the amount to customer's bank account.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at eswarnareddy@gmail.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

 

We will only substitute items if they are found to be faulty or have sustained damage. If you wish to swap it for an identical item, we would need a video of you unpacking the product. Please send this to us via email at eswarnareddy@gmail.com.

 

Shipping returns

 

We do not accept returns since all our products are tailor-made. If there is any damage, we would require a video of you opening the package. Please note that you will have to bear the shipping charges for returning the item, which are not refundable. SWARNA REDDYS will repair the damaged item and re-ship it.
