Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Finished goods (such as sarees) will take 5-6 days for delivering the goods to you and any customized goods (such as frocks) will take 15-20 days to deliver.

For domestic shipping (India), we offer Rs 80 flat rate shipping all over the country. For international shipping, the price varies and will be levied separately after talking to you based on the residence address and weight of the package. International shipping typically takes 15-20 days.

Deliveries are made from 9AM to 6PM on business days (barring weekends & holidays). We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

No in-store pickup and international deliveries are accepted.
